Helen grew up in El Salvador, she would visit friends’ coffee plantations, where picking beans started as a game and became a passion. The thrill of filling baskets and getting paid by weight sparked a deep appreciation for the craft and hard work that goes into every bean.

Today, that playful curiosity has grown into a commitment to quality and community. We source our coffee with care, respecting the hands that nurture each crop. At Saint, we proudly use organic coffee, ensuring that every cup is not only delicious but also respectful of the environment and the communities that cultivate it.

The name Saint is inspired by Ezequiel’s grandfather, Santos, whose passion for life and family continues to inspire us. His spirit of warmth and hospitality is at the heart of everything we do, creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
